About Pernixia
With nearly 40 years in business as a Chartered Engineer, I first came across Motivational Maps® in 2016 when we used it in business. Having seen first hand the benefits it brings to individuals, I decided to further my own training by becoming an accredited practitioner (or mapper) for both the adult and youth maps, to help individuals at all ages understand what motivates them and hence perform at their highest level.

Having been a STEM Ambassador for over 10 years and supported schools in STEM subjects for nearly 40 years I can see the power that this tool can have on young people, helping them achieve at school whilst also understanding how their motivators can support their career decisions.
